If you attended the 2010 Triangle CMSA Spring Conference you will need to add the Sponsor Code, Pre-Approval number, date found on the CEU certificate you received at the end of the Conference, and the Program Title: 2010 Spring Triangle CMSA Conference-"Case Managers: The Champions of Healthcare". CMSA will have a list of the attendees and will verify attendance based on the attendee list. If you have questions or need assistance please contact Triangle CMSA.
